Schedule 2 Users

Appended to the contitution is a list of "Schedule 2 users" each of whom can nominate one Charity Trustee to help run The Hall for the benefit of the local community.
The Hall Committee has the authority to review this list adding or deleting as it feels appropriate
All of the regular users are encouraged to attend Committee Meetings and parishioners are also welcome
