Upper Bucklebury Memorial Hall Improvements

New Projects

Entrance Hall. The plan is to refurbish the entrance to the hall, plastering over the brickwork, putting in a plasterboard ceiling and changing the lights. This should be done during the Easter break 2014

Audio Visual Equipment. We are installing an AV system in the Oak Room. This should be done during March 2014

The Committee Room

We have built a 5mx5m store room on the South West corner of the Hall. We have also refurbished the Committee Room removing all the storage cupboards, spare chairs tables etc and put in a glass skylight. This has transformed this room into something really useful for meetings of all sorts.
The store is accessible from the Oak Room, Main Hall and Committee Room.

You can look at the plans and other details of the project here

Cycle Track

The cycle track was completed in 2011 and has proved a huge success with local children.

The Oak Room

The Oak was opened by Richard Benyon MP on the 12th of June 2010
The Oak Room looks really super, light and we are sure that we will find lots of local groups, or organisations offering a service to our local community to fill it up
Anyone interested in a regular day or evening slot please contact Mike Scholl

Upper Bucklebury Memorial Hall Playpark

The Paypark was completed in 2009 and is a great improvement
